Japan airline launches ‘all-you-can-fly’ pass
Japan airline Star Flyer has rolled out an ‘all-you-can-fly’ air pass targeting young travelers and remote workers.
It costs under $300 for those under 26 years old and is available for flights from Tokyo.
The Star Pass gives unlimited travel for 30 days.
Star Flyer operates five routes across Japan but ot hasn’t said if all routes are valid for the pass.
Older travelers pay around $1,000.
The airline is targeting young Japanese remote workers.
Around 500 customers signed up with 90 initially selected in a lottery.
The airline had previously announced it was planning to offer a monthly subscription model to include flights and accommodation, again focused on remote workers.
