Jazz takes over Air Canada Express regional network
Halifax-based Jazz, a subsidiary of Chorus Aviation, will be the sole operator of the Air Canada Express regional network. Air Canada announced a new capacity purchase agreement with Chorus which Air Canada says will save it $400 million over the next 15 years.
Air Canada is consolidating all regional flying with Jazz, which will operate a fleet of Embraer 175 regional jets.
