Jet Airways to start Ahmedabad flights
Jet Airways is launching flights between London Heathrow and Ahmedabad in Gujarat from April 3.
It will initially fly twice a week, on Tuesdays and Sundays from Heathrow, but will increase the service to three flights per week from May with an additional flight on Saturdays.
Jet Airways currently flies from Heathrow to Delhi once a day, to Mumbai twice a day and to Amritsar six times per week.
As part of the inaugural offer, it has introduced a special Economy class return fare of £280.00 exclusive of taxes.
Sarah Built, general manager UK and Ireland, said: “Gujarat has enjoyed an enhanced and steady flow of investment in recent years and has enormous commercial potential.”
Jet Airways will operate the flight with an Airbus A330-200, with 30 seats in Premiere Class and 196 seats in the Economy Class.
