JetBlue launches interstate Tallahassee flights
JetBlue has expanded its presence in Florida with new service connecting South Florida to state capital Tallahassee.
JetBlue’s new intrastate service from Fort Lauderdale to Tallahassee will operate daily.
“We are thrilled to introduce much needed competition and relief to a route that has suffered from high fares for decades,” said Robert Land, the airline’s head of government affairs.
“This new route further demonstrates our commitment to the Sunshine State and to providing low fares.”
JetBlue currently offers interstate service from focus cities Fort Lauderdale and Orlando, as well as in Miami, West Palm Beach, Key West, Jacksonville, Fort Myers, Sarasota/Bradenton and Tampa.
With Tallahassee service now live, JetBlue serves over 40 destinations from Fort Lauderdale.
