Jetset Travelworld Group Expands and Renews Franchise Agreement
Jetset Travelworld CEO, Michael Reed has announced that Hunter Travel Group, the largest locally owned and operated travel agency group in Northern NSW , has renewed and expanded its franchise agreement with The Jetset Travelworld Group.
Hunter Travel Group has operated nine Travelworld travel centres in the major business and population areas of Newcastle , Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Region as part of the Jetset Travelworld Group franchise network since 2001. HTG’s related entity, First Choice Travel, currently part of the Travelscene Amex network, will join The Jetset Travelworld Group under a new franchise agreement effective immediately.
Owned and operated by franchisees, Brett Dann & Helga Saxarra, the group will now operate 12 Travelworld and one Jetset branded travel centre locations across Northern NSW .
Michael Reed, said the renewed and expanded agreements were testament to the strength of the support provided by Jetset Travelworld Group to its network, adding, “Renewing our agreement with such a successful and driven team of franchisees speaks volumes about their confidence in our brands”.
Managing Director of the Hunter Travel Group, Brett Dann, and business partner Helga Saxarra, lead a formidable team of over 75 travel professionals, covering all areas of travel management, including corporate, leisure, group tours and incentive travel.
