Kelly Cookes to join Advantage in new board role
Former Freedom Travel Group general manager Kelly Cookes has joined Advantage in the newly-created board role of leisure director.
Cookes had just taken up a new a role at Thomas Cook as head of commercial partnerships and sales planning following maternity leave when the company collapsed.
In her new role, Cookes will be responsible for driving the leisure strategy for Advantage. She will join on October 14.
Cookes has spent much of her career in a senior position at Freedom and Thomas Cook, having joined Freedom Travel Group as relationship manager in 2013.
