Korean Air hit with China flight ban

Chinese authorities slapped Korean Air Lines with a temporary flight ban. KAL must temporarily suspend its flights to Shenyang after Covid was found among passengers on a flight earlier this month.
Eight Chinese passengers tested positive on December 17 on arrival in Shenyang. If there are five or more infected passengers ,China imposes a two-week flight ban on the route. The air carrier flies to Shenyang once a week. KAL was also ordered to temporarily suspend its Incheon-Tianjin route.
