Kuoni acquires German destination management firm

Kuoni has entered Germany with the acquisition of destination management agency Conference & Touring for an undisclosed sum.

The Berlin-based company expects sales of 14.4 million euros in 2007 and employs 54 staff across five offices.

The company organises meetings, conferences and incentive programmes as well as onshore services for ocean and river cruise lines.
