LateRooms buys London hotel specialist
LateRooms.com has acquired London hotel booking specialist Hotels-London.co.uk.
LateRooms, owned by TUI, said Hotels-London will continue to operate under its current trading name and will be managed as a separate entity.
It claimed both companies “have similar business models which will serve to complement each otherâ€.
Harrison Brown, founder of Hotels-London, said: “As part of a wider group we’re certain the business will benefit from a wealth of experience, adding value for both hoteliers and customers of Hotels-London.â€
