Regional carrier Loganair is expanding its Glasgow to Donegal schedule, delivering year-round Donegal flights and its biggest-ever summer programme.
Loganair is the only carrier offering a direct air link between northwest Ireland and the UK.
Loganair’s summer schedule returns on 19 May with three Donegal flights weekly, rising to four between 6 July – 17 August for the peak season.
The route will continue through the winter, with flights every Friday and Sunday, providing the option of weekend trips.
Luke Lovegrove, Chief Commercial Officer, Loganair, said: “Our expanded schedule will enable more customers than ever to travel and offer this route through the winter in response to customer demand.”
“We have seen fantastic levels of support from customers.”
Located at Carrickfinn, Donegal is cited as the airport with the one of the most scenic landing strips in the world.
Loganair has operated Donegal flight since the early 1990s.
It relaunched the Glasgow route in 2023.
The service will again be operated by ATR-42 aircraft.
