Malmaison and Hotel du Vin change hands

Singapore-based Fraser Hospitality has completed the purchase of Malmaison and Hotel du Vin for £363 million.

The boutique hotel groups, known as MHDV, were previously owned by an affiliate of KSL Capital Partners.

Fraser Hospitality hopes MHDV, which has 29 properties in 25 cities, will help it expand in the UK, Europe and Asia.

The addition brings Frasers Hospitality’s portfolio to 129 properties across 77 cities.
