Man dies after falling from theme park chairlift ride
A man died after falling from a theme park chairlift ride in Utah. He died after sustaining injuries from a 50-feet fall on the Sky Ride at Lagoon Amusement Park in Farmington. He was earlier filmed dangling from the ride’s safety bar.
Lagoon Amusement Park said an investigation is ongoing and there is no evidence of a malfunction on the ride. The Sky Ride has been operating ‘for years without incident,’ it said.
