Management promotions at Flight Centre Business Travel
Joe Beevis has been promoted to general manager UK & Ireland of Flight Centre Business Travel.
He replaces Holly Cairns who is now corporate technology leader for Flight Centre Travel Group.
The travel management company has also promoted Aisha Battersby to the new position of head of customer experience.
Beevis joined Flight Centre Travel Group in 2010, starting as a store manager before moving to Round the World Experts in 2014, initially as senior team leader and rising to general manager.
Last year he was appointed head of specialist retail, managing First & Business, Complex Air & Groups and at the start of this year he took the role of head of digital transformation.
Battersby previously held the role of head of strategic account management across both FCBT and sister division Corporate Traveller, where she was responsible for restructuring account management processes for larger SME customers.
She joined Flight Centre in 2011 as business development manager at Corporate Traveller, rising to head of account management in 2014.
In 2015 she was appointed general manager of Stage & Screen Travel Services to launch Flight Centre’s specialist travel division servicing clients in the film, music and creative industries in the UK
