Casino operator Melco plans to build a huge theme park complex in Zhongshan, in the Greater Bay Area. It has teamed up with mainland China developer Agile Group Holdings
Melco International is targeting a completion date of 2025. As well as the theme park it will comprise residential units, shopping, entertainment and hotels. Under te JV with Agile,
Melco will be responsible for the development of the theme park and Agile will oversee all other development.
