Midcounties web guru to join icelolly
Neil Hardy, Midcounties Co-op head of e-commerce is to join holiday comparison site icelolly.com.
Hardy will take responsibility for the customer experience and functionality across all its websites and brands alongside the management its call centres.
Previously head of e-commerce at The Co-op Travel Group, Hardy has been overseeing all aspects of Midcounties Co-op’s online offering for the past two years.
Naomi Whitton is also joining icelolly from Best Western Hotels as social media manager, and Danielle Elias is joining from Metcash as content marketing manager.
