MSC Cruises’ third World Class ship to sail Med cruises

MSC Cruises’ third World Class series ship, MSC World Asia, is now open for booking.
The ship will begin Mediterranean cruises from late 2026.
Staring 11 December 2026 for the winter 2026/27 season, the ship will offer seven-night Western Mediterranean cruises to Barcelona, Marseille, Genoa, Civitavecchia for Rome, Messina and Valletta.
For summer 2027, MSC World Asia will offer a seven-night itinerary to Barcelona, Marseille, Genoa, Naples, Messina and Valletta.
MSC World Asia is the latest ship in the cruise line’s LNG-powered World Class after MSC World Europa and soon to launch MSC World America, which will sail in the Caribbean from Miami starting in April.
MSC World Asia has design elements showcasing Asia’s culture, art, and landscapes.
Gianni Onorato, CEO, MSC Cruises said, “We have chosen to deploy our latest flagship in the Western Mediterranean as it is our most popular region.”
“MSC World Asia will further enhance our lineup in the region, giving guests even more choice of embarkation ports and itineraries.”
MSC Voyager’s Club members who book by 13 February 2025 will receive 1,000 extra points, plus an onboard credit of €50 per person.
This is in addition to their usual Voyager’s Exclusives benefits when booking more than 12 months ahead of their departure.
