MyTravel Group buys cruise brand
MyTravel Group is to purchase Encore Cruises, a Canadian distributor of cruise holidays, from First Choice.
The purchase for around £1.85 million will be completed on July 31, subject to closing conditions.
Mytravel claims the acquisition means its US division, MyTravel North America, which already sells cruise holidays under the Cruise Escapes brand, will become the largest seller of cruise holidays in Canada.
