Following the announcement of new flights from Windsor International Airport, in Ontario to Orlando Sanford, National Airlines has appointed Orlando based Tourico Holidays to become the carrier’s exclusive travel wholesale partner.
National’s first flight departs Windsor, Ontario, on December 17, 2015 and will be a year-round service.
It will also launch Orlando flights from Vancouver and St. John’s, and nonstop services to Las Vegas and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
"After comparing potential competitors against Tourico Holidays, it became clear that our customers will enjoy the most bundle options and the best prices through Tourico," said Dennis Daley, manager of network planning and strategy for National Airlines.
"Not only will travelers now get best-in-class air service through National Airlines, they can now also purchase complete trip packages that fit their specific needs and budget."
Tourico works on a high-volume, wholesale business model, enabling National Airlines to bundle flights with more than 100,000 hotels, over 25,000 vacation homes, and about 10,000 activities and transfers.
It also offers an inventory of more than 10,000 different cruises worldwide from 15 cruise line partners.
"In the travel business, you don’t want customers leaving your booking channel to look for other components of their trip," said Jason Soss, president of global business development for Tourico Holidays.
"By partnering with Tourico, National customers will now have access to everything they need, in one place and at great rates."
