Atlanta Police has charged a man over various offenses after breaching Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
Jhryin Jones, 19, was booked for criminal trespassing, public indecency and obstruction of law enforcement officers.
Shirtless Jones, wearing just his underwear ran across an active taxiway at the airport.
He then jumped onto the wing of a recently landed Delta flight and banged on the windows, according to Atlanta police spokeswoman Stephanie Brown.
The bizarre incident was caught on camera by a passenger in the plane.
The airport said there was no impact to operations.
Authorities are still trying to work out how he managed to breach security measures.
There have been conflicting media reports suggesting Jones either scaled a perimeter fence or may have accessed a restricted area of the airport.
