Paul Bush has been appointed chief operating officer for EventScotland, the events division of VisitScotland.
Bush said one of his tasks is to ensure Scotland becomes a leading event destination by 2015. A key factor is Glasgow’s bid to hold the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
