Heathrow Express has appointed Richard Robinson as its new managing director.
Robinson joins Heathrow Express from tickex, a consumer facing internet technology company, where he was chief executive.
“There are many great opportunities to grow our business by being ambitious and innovative and we hope to build on our e-ticketing initiatives and other services, demonstrating great value for customers and commercial partners alike,†he said.
He replaces Brian Raven, who has moved to a commercial role in a National Health Trust.
