Ahmed Yousef has been appointed chairman of the Egyptian Tourism Promotion Board.
He previously worked in marketing and brand for various multi-national companies including Sony Electronics, ExxonMobil and global biotech company Syngenta.
His appointment follows the resignation of Hisham El Demery last month.
