Kimpton Hotels has expanded its portfolio this year with a series of new additions.
It opened Hotel Palomar Phoenix at the beginning of June in downtown Philadelphia’s CityScape.
The £319m development boasts sports arenas, entertainment venues and cultural attractions as well as a 242-room hotel with third floor open-air swimming pool.
In March, Kimpton took over the boutique Canary Hotel in Santa Barbara, California, with its rooftop ‘Perch’ featuring a pool Jacuzzi and views.
In April, Kimpton added Donovan House – another boutique hotel in Washington DC.
