New UK team for Air France KLM

Air France KLM has appointed Warner Rootliep general manager for the UK and Ireland market.

For the past five years Rootliep was general manager of Air France KLM in Germany.

He replaces Henri Hourcade, who joins the French market as vice president of sales.

Rootliep is married with three children and takes up the new role with immediate effect.’¨

Air France KLM has also appointed Nicolas Henin as commercial director UK and Ireland, reporting into Rootliep.

He replaces Vincent Kas, who joins the Alps and Balkans business as general manager.

Gijs van Popta takes up the position of head of sales for Air France KLM in the UK, also reporting into Rootliep.

He succeeds Sebastien Guyot, who moves to Paris to become director global corporate sales development.
