Norwegian Cruise Line remains bullish on the Cuba cruise market with the announcement of 33 more sailings for next year.
It will begin four-day round trip voyages from PortMiami on March 26, 2018 on the Norwegian Sky in addition to 30 sailings this year through December 2017.
Despite US airlines cutting back or pulling out of the Cuba market altogether, NCL says demand remains very strong.
"Cuba is a spectacular destination and we are seeing incredible demand from our guests to experience the beautiful and cultural-rich city of Havana and her warm and friendly people," said Andy Stuart, president and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line.
"We are excited to provide even more opportunities for our guests to experience this incredible destination into 2018."
Most 2018 sailings include an overnight in Havana and Norwegiian is offering 15 half-day and full-day people-to-people compliant shore excursions.
Cuba sailings will also include a call to Norwegian’s private island Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas.
