Norwegian Cruise Lines offers bonus commissions for new San Juan bookings
With the first post-hurricane cruises set to resume from Puerto Rico within days, Norwegian Cruise Lines is offering bonus commissions for new bookings.
Travel agents get $50 bonus commission on all new bookings on select San Juan cruises.
The bonus scheme replaces an earlier announced plan to pay commission on non-commissionable charges which proved to be too complicated to administer.
Norwegian’s first San Juan itinerary departs on November 12.
The bonus is available for eight sailings through early January 2018
"We ask for your support in reaffirming San Juan as a beautiful point of embarkation for Norwegian Dawn and the role our guests will play in supporting the local economy," said SVP of sales, Camille Olivere.
The early sailings of the Norwegian Dawn have been revised to miss out ports still in recovery mode.
"We believe we have created itineraries which will be enjoyed by our guests," Olivere said.
Carnival Cruise Line recently announced it will resume cruises from San Juan this weekend.
