Be prepared to pay out more now for specialty dining and drinks packages aboard Norwegian’s cruise ships.
The Miami-based line has begun rolling out increases of $10 per person per day for specialty dining packages.
Norwegian has also hiked the Ultimate Beverage Package by a similar amount, from $69 to $79 per person and its Corks and Caps drinks package is also up by $5 to $59 per person.
The Corks and Caps package covers soft drinks, beer and wine.
Most ships in the fleet have already imposed the new charge, with the Norwegian Gem, Norwegian Pearl and Norwegian Epic introducing the price rises this week.
All beverage packages have a 18% gratuity, and all packages booked online in advance receive a discount of 10%.
