NTA invites agents to participate again at Travel Exchange
Following the success of the travel agent program at the NTA Travel Exchange Los Angeles convention earlier this year, it will be renewed for the 2015 event, in New Orleans January 19-20, 2015.
Travel agents will again be invited to take part for two days with a networking session with tour operators, tour suppliers and destination offices, access to the show’s Destination Pavilion, professional development seminars, and entry to the Best of Broadway Luncheon.
NTA president Pam Inman says agents have the ideal opportunity to build relationships and interact with leading tour operators across a wide range of niche markets.
"It’s an enormous all-star team of travel professionals with unique specialties and our members can tell you more about their particular niche or expertise than you ever knew existed," Inman said.
"Nearly two-thirds of NTA tour company members offer commissionable packages, so Travel Exchange is packed with profit for agents," said Sherri Guiborat, vice president, sales of NTA member company Mayflower Tours.
"Connecting with tour operators and their buying power can give travel agents wonderful touring experiences to sell into right away," Guiborat added.
Travel Exchange 2015 takes place January 18-22 at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center uniting the National Tour Association, the United Motorcoach Association and the Faith Travel Association.
