OctopusTravel signs deal with China Airlines
Accommodation website, OctopusTravel.com, has signed a partnership with China Airlines to provide hotel, apartments, car hire and private transfers through the airline’s website.
Customers of China Airlines, the national carrier in Taiwan, will be able to make their reservations for air tickets, hotels, apartments and transfers online and in real-time through the airline’s website.
OctopusTravel will also provide local call centre support with customer representatives who are able to communicate in most local dialects.
Ernst Hemmer, OctopusTravel regional director for Asia Pacific, said: “Airlines recgnise that they must be able to deliver to their direct customers more than just flights. Providing customers with one-stop shopping for all their travel arrangements is essential for today’s traveller.”
