Onefinestay launches New York home rentals

Onefinestay has launched its first New York home rentals.

It debuts initially with 16 homes and expects more being added over the coming months.

All properties have a minimum of a 30-day stay requirement.

This a new rental  product  for  New  York.

Onefinestay medium term rentals have long been available on the US west coast.

It allows flexibility on extending or terminating leases.

“We are proud to be opening the door to a new market segment in New York,” said  Michael  Friedman, onefinestay COO -Americas.

“Taking  the  hassle  out  of  the  leasing  process sets us apart.”
