Orbitz Worldwide, the parent company of ebookers, has delayed the announcement of its quarterly financial performance due today (Monday).
Results from the US-based online travel company are now due to be released on Thursday.
Orbitz said the postponement was “because the company’s financial statements have not been finalisedâ€.
No further explanation was given.
The figures which were due to be issued today were for the second quarter of the company’s financial year, the three months ending on June 30.
