Plymouth debuts at British Tourism Show
For the first time ever, Plymouth tourism will be exhibiting at group travel trade event, British Tourism and Travel Show
Taking place at the NEC Birmingham over the next two days, it showcases travel products for group tours and packages across the British Isles and beyond.
It is set to host thousands of travel trade professionals and over 200 attractions, hotels, venues, tours operators and DMOs.
Plymouth, Britain’s Ocean City, will be joined at the show by key partners The Box, Leonardo Hotels, Plymouth Boat Trips, Kynance Hotel Group and Visit Tamar Valley.
They will each highlight group offers, and what’s new this year.
Plymouth tourism representatives will share inspiration for group experiences in the city as well as offer hotel, local products and experience prizes.
They are located at stand B41.
Amanda Lumley, CEO of Destination Plymouth said: “For the first time, we’ll have the opportunity to showcase just why our city is a must-see destination for a wide range of visitors.”
Plymouth’s new Travel Trade Guide will also be distributed, containing area highlights for days out, accommodation, travel trade-ready restaurants for large groups, and more.
