PM reveals plan to open conferences and exhibitions from October
The Prime Minister has announced plans to restart conferences and exhibitions from 1 October 2020.
However, the Nightingale hospitals, which currently occupy ExCeL London, the NEC, Harrogate Convention Centre and Manchester Central, will remain until the end of March 2021, the government said.
Update: Since this article was published, World Travel Market London announced on Monday the event WILL go ahead at ExCeL, from 2-4 November, making it one of the first major exhibitions to take place after Covid-19 forced the shut down of international travel.
