Vacation.com introduced several new enhancements to its Power AgentNet desktop and Web.

They include Multiple Desktop Screen Display, allowing an agent to work on up to four reservations at a time; Enhanced Yield Management and various administrative options.

Said Dick Knodt, president and CEO of Vacation.com:

“Like AgentNet, Power Agent Net will never be viewed as a final product. By continuously improving on its technology, we will ensure that Vacation.com agencies remain at the forefront of the travel industry.”

Among new options: a Lead Referral Source Administration tool providing administrators with the ability to set referral sources for agent selection when entering a new phone lead.

Mr Knodt calls the enhancements “the most comprehensive system available to the travel agency to-date.”
