Power cut at Brussels Airport
Flights are being delayed at Brussels Airport following a power failure early this morning.
The airport said it has now fixed the problem, which began at 6am and affected passenger check-in , luggage systems and security screening.
"Situation is getting back to normal now. There are no more queues at pre-screening. Flight delays are still possible: check flight info," it tweeted at 10am local time.
But it said there are currently no cancellations.
The airport was due to host an international press conference this morning to talk about its financial results and its recovery since it was targeted by a double suicide bomb in March, killing 16 people.
The airport departures hall, which was badly damaged in the terrorist attack, is now fully open.
