Preferred Hotels & Resorts introduces travel advisor platform

Independent hotel brand Preferred Hotels & Resorts has rolled out of its new Travel Advisor Portal, a platform featuring a comprehensive suite of tools and agent resources.

The platform has a user-friendly interface and offers priority access to more than 600 luxury independent hotels, resorts, and residences worldwide.

It allows travel advisors to easily make and manage reservations, prepare rate quotes, and submit commission claims all in one place.

Cheryl Williams, Chief Revenue Officer for Preferred Travel Group said: “We believe this platform will streamline workflow, making it easier to do business with us by simplifying the process of optimising all that Preferred Hotels & Resorts has to offer.”

The new Travel Advisor Portal is a one-stop destination to access hotels, book and track reservations for clients.

It enables personalised confirmations, room rate details, and inclusive guest amenities, based on agency affiliation.

Agents can also track performance metrics through the “My Insights” section, which offers detailed statistics on active and past reservations.

The tool also features a comprehensive knowledge base for advisors to learn more about Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ global collection and client enrolment and membership in the I Prefer Hotel Rewards loyalty programme.

Additionally, Preferred Platinum agents will benefit from a dedicated search page that lists Preferred Platinum hotels and amenities.

Agents can register and sign up for the portal at TA.PreferredHotels.com.

Additionally, travel advisors can still book client stays via GDS.
