Travel agents in Australia and New Zealand now have easier access to first hand tours of Princess Cruises ships with the launch of a new online booking platform.
The One Source website allows all agents to register their interest in touring any of the line’s five local ships from any port in Australia or New Zealand.
"If any consultant has an appetite for cruise – be they a mobile agent, a regional agent or an online agent – we want them to have access to our ships, training and resources so that we can help satisfy that appetite and grow the cruise market," said Princess Cruises head of sales Brett Wendorf.
Wendorf says it is another step in the line’s aim to increase engagement with agents.
Previously interested agents were notified of upcoming ship tours by their respective Princess Cruises business development manager.
The OneSource site also offers details of the cruise line’s current and upcoming promotional campaigns, fare information, brochures, on-demand sales reports and a chat function.
