PTS member Merlin Travel hails rapid expansion
Merlin Travel Group, a Protected Trust Services (PTS) member, is celebrating its exponential growth within the travel sector.
The company travel agent membership numbers have soared to 60.
Merlin Travel Group puts its success down to offering unparalleled autonomy to agency businesses.
It enables brands to tailor their offerings, and enables low operational costs, with appealing commission rates, plus a platform to design exclusive travel packages.
They say a key factor for the rapid expansion is the association with Protected Trust Services.
The PTS affiliation boosts trustworthiness and security.
Mark Sutton, MD of Protected Trust Services, “It’s great to see PTS members‘ business grow, and all the hard work has come to fruition.”
“It shows that the PTS model is ideal for businesses of this size.”
Many members transitioning to Merlin come from established agencies, seeking more growth opportunities and autonomy.
Garry Butcher, MD of Merlin Travel said: “This has been a fantastic year for us in terms of sales and growth, and we’re very excited about future projects”.
Merlin Travel Group says it sets itself apart in the travel market with its member-first approach.
Looking ahead, Merlin Travel Group is prepping for more expansion: MTG Holidays, its B2B tour operator initiative, and MTG Cruise are set for a November launch.
