Darwin based regional carrier Airnorth is reportedly looking for a buyer.
The Australian Financial Review reports parent company Bristow Group is looking to offload the business.
US based Bristow Group recently entered bankruptcy resolution.
Airnorth operates flights in Northern Territory, Western Australia and Queensland, some which are subsidised essential air services.
It operates about 20 routes using a fleet of mostly Embraer aircraft.
Bristow has been reportedly hawking the business to potential buyers, with initial bid proposals due this week.
