Due to amazing success in developing and expanding their business within the corporate travel market, our client is looking to appoint a Regional Client Value Manager to manage the operations and a small team of Client Value Manager within the NSW region.

This is an instrumental role within the organisation where your key objective is to mentor, develop and coach the current team to acheive ongoing success both personally and professionally across the business. Ensuringl processes and implementations of accounts are handled effectively in line with company standards you will have strong leadership skills to be able to troubleshoot problems within your team to offer favourable solution.

To be successful in this opportunity you will need:

Min 2 – 3 years previous Account / Client Management within the travel industry

Proven ability in mentoring and leading a team

Personable, pro-active approach to your work

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong negotiation skills
