Rentyl Resorts is significantly expanding its Orlando portfolio with the opening of the brand-new Embassy Suites by Hilton, scheduled for May 2023.

Additionally, increased room capacity at Margaritaville Resort Orlando and an additional three properties coming into the sales stream for the UK market also supports the growth.

In total, Rentyl Resorts will see 75% increase in the residence numbers across its now six Orlando based properties:

These are Eagle Trace Resort Orlando, Encore Resort at Reunion, the new Embassy Suites by Hilton, Margaritaville Resort Orlando, Spectrum Resort Orlando and The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando.

Embassy Suites by Hilton plans to open at Fins Up Circle, adjacent to Margaritaville Resort Orlando, in May 2023.

This 300 unit development will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.

With its new Oasis Beach Club, with the Mango Moon Bar and Grill, a children’s splash park, a sandy beach area, outdoor wedding pier and meetings space, the Embassy Suites by Hilton expansion will also bring additional amenities to Margaritaville Resort Orlando, as shared facilities.

The extensive room development at Margaritaville Resort Orlando’s hotel is now complete and open to guests.

The addition of 79 new bedroom options has seen the property’s room capacity increase from 186 rooms and suites to a total of 265.

Spectrum Resort Orlando is Rentyl Resorts’ most recent addition, having opened its doors in July 2022.

This wellbeing-focused property is opening in phases through 2023, with the next phase being completed by the end of this year, bringing an additional 20 homes to the portfolio.

Agents can begin booking Spectrum Resort Orlando, alongside Eagle Trace Resort Orlando and The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando, when they come online with UK tour operators this autumn.

All three resorts will be available to book via Kenwood Travel and US Airtours, and will offer UK holidaymakers luxury vacation homes combined with five-star resort amenities.

These properties flank the fairways of the Jack Nicklaus golf course.

Suzy Trott, Director of Rentyl Resorts’ retained trade sales agency in the UK, SILVA LINING, said: “This is an exciting time for Rentyl Resorts and its Orlando property portfolio and we’re delighted that the UK will be able to reap the rewards of such significant expansion.”

“Margaritaville Resort Orlando and Encore Resort at Reunion are extremely popular within the UK market and to be able to increase capacity at Margaritaville just three years after opening is a testament to the quality of the product. “
