Resorts World Las Vegas set to open in mid-2021

Tuesday, 26 Nov, 2019 0

The long-awaited opening of Resorts World Las Vegas will take place in the summer of 2021, and to whet people’s appetite, the company has unveiled a host of new planned amenities.

The $4.3 billion luxury resort-casino will be the most expensive new opening in Las Vegas, outstripping the Cosmopolitan, which cost $4 billion to construct.

It will be anchored by a 110,000-square-feet casino complex with slots, table games, gaming salons, and a 14,000-square-feet Entertainment Zone with its own live entertainment.

The hotel’s two resort towers will house 3,500 guest rooms, and there will be 350,000 square feet of meeting space.

In addition there is a 220,000-square-feet pool complex boasting seven pool experiences, including a 1,800-square-feet infinity pool overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.

"Our team has been working diligently to perfect the vision for Resorts World Las Vegas and we are excited to begin sharing that concept with Las Vegas and the greater hospitality communities," said Scott Sibella, president of Resorts World Las Vegas.

Part of the resort complex will house a dedicated 5,000-capacity theatre for  live entertainment and corporate events and a 75,000-square-feet nightlife concept.
