Riviera Travel introduces travel concierge service
Riviera Travel has launched a ‘Travel Concierge’ service on all European river cruises and UK escorted tours.
The service provides guests with optional extras such as more regional airports and pre- or post-cruise hotel stays.
The Travel Concierge is available for 342 cruises and 66 tours in 2023.
It is also valid for like-for-like 2024 departures.
It offers cruise guests up to two nights stay in pre- and post-sailing destinations and airport hotel stays at preferable rates.
For UK escorted tours guest can get door to door private car service and domestic flights and rail travel.
Robin Shaw, COO, said: “Customers want flexibility and choice with their holiday arrangements, now more than ever.”
“We’re pleased to be able to enhance our services through Travel Concierge.”
