Rough Guides launches ‘e-books’

Electronic versions of 15 new Rough Guides destination guide books have been produced.

Each of the new titles includes a mini CD containing every page of the guide as a pdf file.

Each ‘e-book’ contains the full text of the guide for use on PCs, Macs and can be downloaded onto mobile devices such as Palm Pilots and pocket PCs. The electronic version is fully searchable with live website links

The Directions guides, costing £6.99, cover Algarve, Barcelona, Bruges, Cancun & Cozumel, Costa Brava, Edinburgh, Florence, Ibiza & Formentera, Madrid, Mallorca, Malta & Gozo, New Orleans, Prague, Rome and Washington DC.
