Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd has announced an order for its sixth Oasis-class ship to be constructed by French shipbuilder Chantiers de l’Atlantique.

It follows other Oasis-class vessels Symphony of the Seas, Harmony of the Seas, Allure of the Seas and Oasis of the Seas.

The as-yet unnamed fifth Oasis-class ship will be delivered in 2021.

"This order is a reflection of the exceptional performance of this vessel class and the extraordinary partnership between Chantiers de l’Atlantique and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd," said ichard D. Fain, Chairman and CEO, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.
