Royal Caribbean Cruises has unveiled the next phase of its ‘Expresso’ travel agent reservation system.
New updates have been added with several new functions for group business.
Group amenity plus points can now be redeemed, shared or purchased online and the groups payments function has been streamlined which can generate guest invoices.
Groups management has also been improved with reserving and managing all groups more intuitive with less clicks required.
Agents using Espresso can search easier for stateroom availability on multiple decks with interactive deck plans. It includes a ‘closest stateroom’ search filter.
"The well-rounded program’s powerful tools and features have been met with resounding applause. Travel agents can look forward to even more enhancements in the future," Royal Caribbean said in a statement.
Espresso first launched in 2015 for Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity and Azamara Club Cruises bookings.
