Rule Britannia! New ship reveals inaugural cruises
P&O Cruises World Cruising is taking pre-registrations for the debut season of its new ship Britannia, which launches next year.
Britannia’s maiden 2015-16 program will start on March 14 with her first cruise from Southampton – a 14-night journey through the western Mediterranean region.
The programme also includes a 12-night circumnavigation of the British Isles, calling at Inverness and Kirkwall in the north of Scotland, to Dublin and Cork.
In all, Britannia’s inaugural season will see her sail on 33 cruises visiting 11 different regions.
Britain’s largest ship, the 141,000-tonne Britannia will include the cruise line’s first onboard cookery school, at which celebrity chefs will make guest appearances
Pre-registrations are open until March 25 with the full programme on sale from March 27 in Australia.
