Ryanair adds more flights for August bank holiday
Ryanair has launched extra flights to meet demand for the August bank holiday from Stansted, Manchester and East Midlands.
It has added 13 extra return flights to major summer destinations across 10 routes to Croatia, Greece, Italy and Spain.
These additional flights are be on sale for travel on the 26 and 30 of August.
Ryanair’s additional UK flights will include 10 extra flights from Stansted to Chania, Rhodes, Pula, Ancona, Brindisi, Lamezia, Palermo and Trieste, as well as one extra flight from Manchester to Malaga.
There are also two additional flights from East Midlands to Alicante.
Ryanair’s Director of Marketing, Dara Brady, said: "As restrictions are being lifted, air traffic is expected to peak this August and we are delighted to announce additional routes for our UK customers."
The airline says there are now 5,000 additional seats to locations across Europe for the bank holiday period and sales are brisk.
