Ryanair December carryings up 18%

Ryanair saw passenger numbers rise by 18% in December to 3.95 million over the same month the previous year.

The no frills carrier saw its load factor reduce by two percentage points to 79% year on year.

The total number of passengers carried for the calendar year was 49.03 million.
