Ryanair has reminded customers its new carry-on bag policy comes into force in three days’ time.
The new policy, which starts on Monday, January 15, includes a lower fee for checked-in bags, of £25, down from £35 per item and an increased check-in allowance of 15kg to 20kg.
Customers will still be able to bring two free carry-on bags up to the departure gate, but all non-priority customers will have to put the bigger of the two bags in the hold.
Ryanair said the change will avoid boarding delays and baggage offloads.
